Business Academy is built on the principle that people remember more if they participate in discovering the answers to the questions posed to them. We call it 'Learning through Discovery' and ensure that the course is filled with games, activities, case studies and role plays, which often allow the students to discover the answers themselves.
The tutorial content serves only to reinforce what has already been discovered and as an adult learning facility we encourage a participative and interactive environment where the tutors – all leaders in their specific industry – are able to learn as well.

Module 3: Marketing & Sales
Module 4: Strategy & Innovation
Module 5: Financial Management
Module 6: Customer Care
Please note that Business Academy is not only for entrepreneurs. Our mission is to also assist employees in companies to think like business owners.
Although we are expecting numerous applications, only 35 students per class will be accepted. A further five students will be kept on standby in the event of possible cancellations.
The programme is hosted in Louis Group's offices on Timothy's Bridge Road in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The programme's content will be jointly facilitated by Cambridge University Judge Business School tutors and the Louis Group management team.
An advisory panel, appointed by Louis Group in conjunction with Cambridge University, will select students and the decision of the panel will be final.
The programme is wholly-sponsored by Louis Group, but to prevent students withdrawing from the course at the last minute, you will be required to pay a deposit of £100. You will be refunded the deposit in full at the end of the Business Academy course, if you have completed the course successfully.
Students who do not complete the course or do not attend sufficient lectures will have their deposit donated to our designated charity.
The real cost is your time and ours, and we place priority on attendance. Some of the most important 'nuggets' you'll receive aren't in the notes, but are imparted by the tutors. So, if selected, weigh up the cost of sacrificing one night per week for 12 weeks, and two full Saturdays, and then commit to being there for the duration of the programme.
